"Why Trash?"
That's the first question Aaron gets when asked his occupation. The answer: being a pillar of service in the community, doing honest hard work, and continuing the lineage of garbage business in his family. Aaron, alongside his dad Pete come together to serve La Plata county doing the best job they know.
Aaron, with his wife and four girls, lives in Bayfield, CO. As a former garbage truck driver and Infantryman in the US Army, service is his background. Pete ran a successful garbage business in western Arizona and Colorado before moving into education. With their combined service experience you won't be let down. We know trash is an inconvenience to you, but to them it's their way to make your life simpler.
​Reliable Waste was privileged to welcome Joel Leman as a partner in 2025. Among his many skills, Joel is particularly gifted at connecting with people and finding solutions to their trash related problems.

Don't pay for more service than you need! We will ensure small businesses have their trash taken care of without hurting the bottom line. Looking for something bigger? We service 2-yard, 3-yard and 6-yard dumpsters.
BULK ITEM AND DEBRIS CLEAN UP
